Have attended TTU for all my undergraduate; had my family come visit and was met with “don’t sit here” signs. I was told it was to keep college students out… maybe choose a different location. Extremely disgusted by how Texas Tech students are treated. Highly recommend not supporting this establishment especially as a Red Raider. Attached are the signs placed on the table.

This one is the worst. Every time I go here to get food, they mess up my order everytime, and this last time was the last straw. Heard they'd gotten better, so went to grab something quick for me and my hubby. Of note, we both have food allergies and I let them know this every time I order plus apologize for any inconvenience it causes (legit tell them if they feel they can't make our order properly then to just tell me so I can go elsewhere). They assure me they can make my order correctly as ordered, they read it back to me and everything is fine, even assure me that they will change gloves too. Then I get my order, while hearing the kitchen staff complaining about "bratty fattys" and "unnecessary changes and add ons" since they were supposed to change gloves. I shrugged it off, thought they were just having a bad day, and go home. I should have double checked everything before leaving. They shorted my double cheeseburger into a single cheeseburger (which explained the fatty comments), shorted my extra cheese, and put a sesame seed bun on it even when I expressly said I could not have sesame due to food allergies. Asked for no tomato, pickle, or onion in my husband's burger

I love this place, I come here all the time with my girlfriend for some ice cream or some fries. We’re not the type to eat a full meal at Braums but we love the ice cream. I also like the sundaes and fancy sundaes, I love the strawberry shortcake and strawberry. Their fries are also really good and you can get their sauce which is good, or you can get ketchup but they probably have more sauces available if you ask. Also, the staff has always been very friendly to us, sometimes they make small talk and it’s always very pleasant to be there and talk to them. Finally, the music is always so chill, it’s like an old-school diner vibe. I always like the music they play.

I stopped by for some ice cream, and the person at the counter was incredibly welcoming. It's clear that this spot is a local favorite, serving not just great treats but also a social hub for the community. They offer samples of their many flavors, which is a fantastic help when deciding what to try. My husband ordered the banana split, and it was quite large. While it was good, it wasn’t anything extraordinary.

Usually my girlfriend and I come here and have a generally good experience. The past couple times however it's like we are going to a completely different place. The staff has been short, and slow to get our orders complete. Than today when we went my girlfriend got a double dip birthday cake cone and it was only one scoop. When she asked the person inside about it he just responded by saying " yes that's a double scoop. Our scoops are just small today" and refused to correct it. I truly hope they start to do better because it's ridiculous.
